Kellogg Foundation names director of investments

BATTLE CREEK, Michigan – The W.K. Kellogg Foundation announces the selection of Reginald G. Sanders as a director of investments for the foundation. He will join the staff March 1, reporting to Vice President/Chief Investment Officer Joel Wittenberg. In his new role, Sanders will be responsible for investment policy and strategy, and portfolio and investment management.

“We are very excited that Reggie will be joining the foundation’s investment department,” says Wittenberg. “He brings with him a solid background in equities, real estate and fund investments, and his strong financial markets experience adds to the strength of our team.”

Sanders is currently Manager, Pension Investments at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, N.Y. Prior to that position, he was an equity research analyst at AEW Capital Management in Boston, Ma. and at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, Md., and also worked as an investment banking analyst at A.G. Edwards in St. Louis, Mo.

Sanders received his master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert A. Toigo Fellow, and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida A&M University. He is certified as a chartered financial analyst through the CFA Institute, and as a chartered alternative investment analyst through the CAIA Association.
