The Calandria Association of Social Communicators, from Peru, was among the organizers of the Latin American Seminar No Development Without Communication, held in Lima from August 24-26. “Many of the experiences discussed at the event attest to the strategic importance of communication for development,” said Mirtha Correa, the executive director of the association.


Calandria is overseeing the creation of an information exchange and management training network for organizations from the Comprehensive Cluster of Projects supported by the Kellogg Foundation in the Andean region of Latin America.
