Creating pathways to thriving wages for underrepresented communities

People of color have long been underrepresented in the tech industry, despite its high-paying jobs. In Grand Rapids, the West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT) is partnering with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to train students in cybersecurity and connect them to jobs, making these pathways more accessible to marginalized communities than ever before.
