New Curriculum on Local Food Systems and Sustainable Agriculture

Michigan State University Museum and Creative Change Education Solutions (Ypsilanti, Michigan) have released Food, Farming and Community a curriculum for adults interested in learning more about local food systems and sustainable agriculture. Six lessons are available on the Food, Farming and Community website and are free to organizations. Topics range from making personal food connections to global food policies. The curriculum can be used in a variety of settings including libraries, classrooms, faith-based groups, and community groups.
