“Don’t be afraid to cross boundaries.” Martha Chavez says that’s one lesson she learned about collective leadership through Kellogg Leadership for Community Change (KLCC). She and her high-school-aged daughter both participated in the two-year leadership experience. Now they are part of a group of leaders driving community collaboration around education in rural New Mexico.
