Sarah Jones Performs A Right To Care

Sarah Jones, who earned a special Tony Award for her acclaimed Broadway debut of Bridge & Tunnel, gave a benefit performance Tuesday, September 19th for the Health and Hospitals Corporation Foundation. Ms. Jones offered the first New York City performance of her piece, “A Right to Care,” which was commissioned by the WK Kellogg Foundation. This one-woman show features Sarah performing characters from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds (including a couple of familiar faces from Bridge & Tunnel) in an examination of health care issues from a multicultural perspective. The premier of A Right To Care was part of the Kellogg Foundation’s 75th Anniversary Health Seminar in The Woodlands, TX.
