Indiana Rural Summit 2006 to Feature Kellogg Foundation’s Rick Foster

W.K. Kellogg Foundation Vice President Rick Foster, USDA Under Secretary for Rural Development Thomas Dorr, and Rural Policy Research Institute Director Chuck Fluharty, and Indiana Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman, are among the featured speakers at The Indiana Rural Summit 2006, November 13-14, 2006, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Summit’s goals include providing Hoosier leaders opportunities to learn creative ways to tackle development challenges in rural communities, and to share “best practices” while reinforcing the linkages Indiana communities have statewide, nationally, and internationally.
