Food and Society grantee helps restaurants source food locally
Chefs Collaborative members and staff were featured on Boston’s WB channel 56 as part of this past Saturday night’s 10:00 news. The story features Chefs Collaborative member Robert Lionette, executive chef of Garden of Eden Café in Boston, Mass., John Lee, president of Allendale Farm in Brookline, Mass. and Katie Mish, Chefs Collaborative membership & office coordinator, all of whom comment on the importance of local cuisine and the benefits of being involved with Chefs Collaborative.
