Chefs Collaborative and Organic Valley honor sustainable producers
For the past three years, Chefs Collaborative and Organic Valley have partnered on delivering the Earth Dinner series nationwide. Earth Dinners bring family and friends together to enjoy healthy, sustainable meals highlighting the importance of local cuisine. Organic Valley provides conversation cards for the events while Chefs Collaborative highlights recipes using local, organic food provided by some of its premier chefs.
Due to popular response, the deadline to sign up and receive materials to hold an Earth Dinner at your home or restaurant has been extended to April 19, 2006. Free Earth Dinner Creativity Cards will be mailed to you and you can also request menu paper with the Earth Dinner logo, download free planning tips and recipes, and purchase the collector’s edition of Creativity Cards for resale in your restaurant at www.earthdinner.org.
