In an effort to identify and reduce barriers to health care access for underserved men of color, Community Voices: Denver studied men in their community, and report on the findings in the December 2005 issue of The International Journal of Men’s Health and Gender. Review the abstract to learn the background, methods, results and conclusions to this effort. Using this study, the project is developing strategies for improving access to health care for this underserved group.
