Turning Point Goes to Montserrat

Although the Turning Point initiative is coming to a close, the work is continuing, and has moved to an island community in the West Indies. The goal of the Turning Point initiative was to create a national learning environment and provide resources and support for participating states, tribes, and communities in pursuit of a strengthened and transformed public health system for the 21st Century. For more about how the principles from the Turning Point: Collaborating for a New Century in Public Health initiative are being applied in Montserrat, contact Dr. Joe Hawes (benhawes@msn.com) or Vincent Lafronza, EdD, Sr. Advisor Public Health Practice (vlafronza@naccho.org).
