Report Reviews Launch of Minority Higher Ed Leadership Program

“Leading the Way to America’s Future,” a report published in August 2004 reviews the launch of the Kellogg MSI Leadership Fellows Program, which is designed to increase the effectiveness of future leaders at Hispanic universities, historically Black colleges, and Native American institutions of higher education. Launched with a three-year grant from the Kellogg Foundation, the program seeks to support emerging leaders at these three different types of Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) as they, individually and collaboratively, seek to transform their institutions to better serve increasing enrollments of students of color. The report was written by the program coordinator, the Institute for Higher Education Policy, and is available at http://www.ihep.org/Publications.php?parm=Pubs/PubLookup.php
