The National Rural Development Partnership is developing a database designed to share information and activities that have been useful tools for making a positive impact in rural communities.
A Success Story describes a critical piece of work done by a State Rural Development Council (often a project, initiative, activity, or event) that has made a significant impact on one or more rural communities. In addition to Success Stories, the database includes some Works in Progress. A Work in Progress describes a Council’s project or activity that has not yet been completed. A Work in Progress is meant to be a useful source of information and ideas but should not be treated in the same way as a completed success story. Click here to view the stories.
