Vice President for Impact assigned to Battle Creek, MI (headquarters)/Hybrid option

The Vice President of Impact oversees creative and strategic program and policy leadership, focusing on impact and achievement of the organization’s ends. As part of this role is responsible for leading policy-advocacy, Mission-Driven Investment; Knowledge and Learning functions; and the Collaboration Forum’s Centers of Impact.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or other field relevant to assigned area is required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience or equivalent in fields relevant to assigned responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience or equivalent managing and leading teams.
  • Bilingual desirable, particularly Spanish and/or Haitian Creole.
  • Experience in the philanthropic sector strongly preferred.
  • Successful experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team and working effectively with persons from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
