ENLACE: Learning from the Lessons of 13 ENLACE Partnerships

More than ever, the United States needs innovative, proven ways to boost academic achievement, college admissions, and graduation rates among the nation’s fast-growing Latino population. Summarized are lessons learned from the ENLACE initiative, which the Kellogg Foundation established in 1997. And while the ENLACE experience targets Latino youth, what it teaches us about the benefits of parental and community involvement can apply to children of all backgrounds.
