Investment Analyst – Private Investments

In furtherance of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s (“WKKF”) mission and vision, the Kellogg Foundation Investment Office (“KFIO”) stewards the assets of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust (“WKKFT”) to deliver on the Trust’s primary investment objectives. Reporting to the managing director of private investments, the investment analyst will help support the investment decisions of the private investments, covering private equity, venture capital, real assets, and private credit strategies.

Education / Experience

Undergraduate degree required. 2-5 years’ work experience (including internships) in fields relevant to assigned responsibilities with investments and/or finance emphasis preferred.
Good understanding of the private investment markets.
Prior experience with Burgiss or other private investment software preferred.
CFA designation or progress towards CFA designation preferred.
Experience working effectively with persons from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds and ability to drive strong relationships.

Additional position specific information

SALARY INFORMATION: The salary Investment Analyst range is $95,200 – $119,000. Actual starting salary of candidate will be commensurate with years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
