Investment Analyst, Hedge Funds & Fixed Income

In support of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s (WKKF) mission and vision, the Kellogg Foundation Investment Office (KFIO) stewards the assets of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust (WKKFT), with a long-term focus on preserving purchasing power and providing financial resources to support the Foundation and its mission. Reporting to the Managing Director – Hedge Funds & Fixed Income, the Investment Analyst supports the evaluation, monitoring, and execution of investment decisions across the hedge funds and fixed income asset classes.

Education / Experience

Undergraduate degree required. Minimum of 1-5 years’ practical work experience or equivalent (including internships) in fields relevant to assigned responsibilities with investments and/or finance emphasis preferred.
Good understanding of the equity and/or fixed income markets and prior experience with FactSet and Bloomberg preferred.
Progress towards CFA designation preferred.
Experience working effectively with people from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds and ability to drive strong relationships

Additional position specific information

SALARY INFORMATION: The salary range for this position is $114,000 – $143,000. Actual starting salary of candidate will be commensurate with years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
