Vice President for Community Investment

The Vice President for Community Investment leads the organization’s community and economic development work in the City of Battle Creek and utilizes learnings from that work to impact communities across the country. Serves as a visionary and mission-driven leader responsible for designing and executing on a bold and comprehensive strategy that uses philanthropy and cross-sector partnerships to leverage both public and private investment across the city and region.

SALARY INFORMATION: The salary range for the Vice President for Community Investment is $350,000 – $435,000. The Actual starting salary of the candidate will be commensurate with the years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position. This role will be term-limited through the end of 2030 with the intention to review the initiative at that point and determine if it will be extended.
