Develop immigrant justice and racial equity strategic plan for Mississippi led by local Latinx leadership and directly-impacted immigrants in rural and urban Mississippi,
and support local capacity development for community power-building to improve wellbeing of vulnerable children and families
Strengthen community efforts to transform systems through racial healing and equity strategies and make Mississippi more welcoming, stemming the “Brain-Drain” of younger generations who desire equitable and diverse communities with economic opportunities
