Provide general operating support to help the organization advance its mission to strengthen Southern philanthropy by encouraging insightful philanthropic collaboration and opportunities to increase the region’s grantmaking impact
Accelerate growth of minority-owned and minority-workforce businesses sharing ownership with employees and build funding streams to support growth, development and sustainability of worker ownership across the country
