Support expansion of workforce training programs, employer engagement, and digital organizing to improve opportunities and job quality for restaurant workers and advance workplace justice campaigns and systemic policy change in Michigan, Mississippi, and nationally
Establish a community organizing, research, and advocacy agenda in Alabama and Mississippi to support community benefits agreements with manufacturers to build pipeline to well-paid, quality manufacturing jobs for workers from communities of color as well as those facing employment barriers
Address racial and structural inequities for children of color by conducting community-based research with Black and Latinx communities across the nation to develop responsive policy priorities, report back to and mobilize communities, and shift narratives through community storytelling
