As part of the Change Management team, the role of the Change Management Data Analyst is to coordinate analytics for change initiatives and support senior change practitioners in delivering complex projects utilizing planning, assessment and data analytics skills. Focused on the people side of change, including data analysis, business processes, systems, technology and organizational structure, the Change Management Data Analyst will support all change management efforts and provide critical coordination and analysis/management of quantitative and qualitative data to drive faster adoption and utilization of changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required in related field.
