Expand the field’s and policymakers’ collective understanding of the extent to which Latino families with children living in federally assisted housing are steered into lower quality housing compared to their peers in other racial/ethnic groups, as well as strategies to eliminate such disparities
“We’re giving individuals the tools they need to get into a career and then we’re engaging them into the mainframe of the community,” said Roberto Torres, executive director of the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan.
